My tech community contribution journey, so far
If there’s one thing I wish that I had done earlier in my career, it’s getting involved in the tech community. Getting involved has been the most important thing I’ve done for my career.
I started contributing to Stack Overflow about 7 years back. Now, I am among top 3% overall in terms of contribution on Stack Overflow (~2.8 million people reached my posts). I am part of the top 1% Stack Overflow answerers in ASP.NET technology. My total reputation points over 14K.
I started my tech blog website TechCartNow.com in July 2017. Since, then I have written & published 37 tech articles. Currently, my tech blog website TechCartNow.com has over 12K monthly page views.
Six of my article were selected & republished on Dzone. I became Dzone’s Most Valuable Blogger.
My article was featured as Article of the Day at Microsoft’s ASP.NET community articles.
Getting involved in the community has been the most pivotal thing I’ve done for my career.
